Legal
Terms of Use
These terms govern access to the 3I/ATLAS vote battle experience (the “Service”), including related assets hosted on Cloudflare Pages and Workers. By engaging with the Service you agree to the rules below.
1. Eligibility & Account Basics
The Service is designed for players aged 13 and above. We operate without a full account system; participation uses a pseudonymous fingerprint to uphold leaderboards while respecting privacy. Users must ensure they have permission to access the Service from their jurisdiction and agree not to share fingerprints or attempt to impersonate others.
2. Fair Play & Anti-Abuse
We encourage enthusiastic voting but prohibit automation, scraping of non-public endpoints, reverse engineering, or attempts to manipulate totals. Cloudflare rate-limiting and anomaly detection may temporarily restrict abusive activity. Repeated violations may lead to fingerprint bans and IP suppression.
3. Content & Intellectual Property
Narrative text, UI assets, leaderboards, and original art remain the property of Deep Sky Labs. You may capture and share screenshots or clips for commentary provided you include attribution to “3I/ATLAS Vote Battle” and avoid implying official endorsement. Third-party material cited within the Service remains subject to its respective licenses.
4. Data Practices
We collect limited telemetry (fingerprints, click counts, device metadata, GA4 and Microsoft Clarity analytics) to monitor performance and improve gameplay. Additional details appear in our Privacy Policy. By continuing you consent to this processing.
5. Availability & Modifications
The Service may change without notice. Features in development—such as expanded lore, bilingual content, and new leaderboard modes—may be rolled out gradually. We may suspend access for maintenance or discontinue the Service. We will update these terms with material changes and date-stamp the latest revision.
6. Liability & Governing Law
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Deep Sky Labs is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from gameplay, downtime, or third-party integrations. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in San Francisco County courts.
